Pricing
Priced per load. Not per seat.
The rate drops as your volume grows and stays fixed for twelve months. No implementation fees and no integration fees.
The model
Every rule that sets your number, in public.
We don't publish a tier table, because the honest answer depends on your volume, your product mix and what you're replacing. We do publish every rule behind it.
Per load, not per seat
Hire five people or fifty and your bill doesn't move. Only your freight does. Cost per load is a number you can compute before you sign.
The rate drops as you grow
Volume-banded, so growth lowers your rate instead of penalizing it. We'll show you where your band sits and what the next one is worth.
Fixed for twelve months
Cross into a better band and you get it.
Products bundle down
Autopilot comes with both. Tracking and Booking are priced separately: buy one, pay for one. Add the second and both get cheaper.
No setup fees, at all
No implementation, integration or TMS-mapping fee. Not waived as a concession. There's no line for it.
A monthly minimum
Below a certain volume, the account runs on a minimum instead. We'll tell you which side you're on during the first call, not on an invoice.
Carriers never pay
The driver app, dispatcher logins and access to available loads are free to your carriers. Charging them would defeat the point.
The honest comparison
Compare us to the work, not to a pin on a map.
Chain isn't the cheapest line on your tech stack, and a real check needs a real answer. If you compare us to a tracking dashboard, we'll look expensive. Compare us to what the work costs you.
| What it costs you today | What changes |
|---|---|
| A tracking tool that reaches some of your carriers | Tracking from whatever the carrier has. |
| Overnight and weekend coverage | The same checkpoints at 2 AM as at 2 PM, with no shift to staff. |
| Paperwork chased days after delivery | The POD requested at the dock, read, matched to the load and filed. |
Is it per load or per month?
Your rate is per load. Below the minimum, you're billed the minimum instead. Never both.
What counts as a billable load?
A load Autopilot worked. Not a load that sat untouched, and not one you excluded by rule, like hazmat or a specific customer.
What if we grow mid-term?
You move into the better band. Your rate goes down and your term doesn't reset.
Is there an annual commitment?
Rates are fixed on twelve-month terms. That's what makes the fixed-rate promise possible.
