Autopilot works real loads at 2 AM. We build for that, which means restraint, audit trails and knowing when the right answer is to say nothing.
Say the true number
Every metric we publish has a customer's name next to it. That standard applies inside the company too.
Close to the floor
Engineers sit in customer Slack channels and see what their code did to a load the same day.
Fix it this week
A shared channel and a named team means a customer problem gets fixed this week, not next quarter.
