Autopilot On email Rolling out

One thread. Not three.

Connect your Outlook or Gmail mailbox and Autopilot reads the whole conversation, then replies inside the same thread the dispatcher or customer started, under your rep's name.

Why it matters

Every load already has three conversations.

An email thread with the dispatcher, a text thread with the driver, and whatever your tracking tool does in its own tab. Nobody sees all three, least of all the dispatcher. Autopilot on email folds them into one.

It has the context

Reading from the rate con forward means it already knows what was promised Tuesday and which reference number this load goes by.

It answers in-thread

Proper email threading, so replies land inside the existing conversation in Outlook and Gmail, not as a new message to reconcile.

It waits for your rep

A configurable hold gives a person first shot. If your rep replies, Autopilot steps aside on that message.

Status

What's live, and what isn't.

  • Autopilot on email is rolling out in stages. Availability varies by workspace. Text and driver-app messaging have been broadly live for years.
  • It works with your pricing tools inside booking, where start, target and max come from your TMS or a rating tool you already license.
  • It doesn't build loads from tenders, and it doesn't run standalone customer quoting. We'd rather say so here than in week two.
  • It keeps the new part of each email and trims signatures and footers, so context buried only in an old quoted reply isn't available to it.

We'll open a live production environment, walk a real load from first offer to final POD, and show you what Autopilot would do with yours.
